The 2010 Cabernet Merlot is a smooth wine from a warm year. This wine saw 26 months in a combination of American and Eastern-Euro oak. The nose is heady with cherries, savory herbs and a smoked meat character. The palate is brightly balanced, medium bodied, with a well structured acidity, sweet and soft tannins and a vanilla finish.
