Our most luxurious white wine – barrel fermented and aged for 3 months in new American oak barrels. Intense aroma of tangerine, gooseberry, and green apple – tangy, yet sweet and fruity. The palate consists of apricot, vanilla, and hints of sweet oak. Try this wine with seafood – oysters with hot sauce is our favourite pairing, though it goes very well with lobster, shrimp, and bass too. Fresh herbs and goat cheese go perfectly with this barrel aged Sauv Blanc too.
