Our first white blend since 2011, this 50/50 Riesling Vidal was half fermented in stainless steel and half barrel fermented and aged for 6 months in French Oak. Apricot and citrus aromas set the tone for the delicately juicy palate, which is sweet and sour, yet soft; with just enough zest and a hint of oak. Pair with goat cheese hors d’oeuvres, chicken dishes or sushi. The perfect white for any occasion!
