Sugar: 13.2 g/L
A concentrated white made in the Appassimento method of drying. On the nose, it shows Swiss herbs, apple, and candied lemon zest. This heavy Gris is great with white sausage, crab crakes, and oil-based pastas. Try it with seafood and fish dishes. It would stand up to Cheddar without a problem, and pairs well with Parmesan.
