Rich ruby red in colour, this wine starts off with strawberry and hints of cedar. Well balanced, with elegant acidity followed by soft lingering tannins. This medium-bodied Gamay was aged in French oak for 10 months, giving it a warm hint of Christmas spice among the juicy berry notes. A luscious palate of plums finishes with nutmeg and black cherry. Pair this wine with soft cheeses, like Brie, Camembert, or goat cheese. Try it slightly chilled, with pizza, barbecue chicken, or Italian dishes with red sauce.
