Hand harvested and whole cluster pressed. Fermented in stainless steel followed by secondary fermentation in barrels for 9 months. 25% new and 75% seasoned oak barrels. Colour of pale straw. Aromas of banana, vanilla and hints of tangerine. The palate is smooth with elegant buttery flavours. Well balanced with acidity and lingering gentle oak finish. Pair it with pasta, chicken or blue cheese.
