Barrel fermented in French oak for 2 months and followed by another 8 months of secondary barrel fermentation. With a yellow straw colour and aromas of banana, caramel, and hints of orange, the palate follows with smooth oak, soft vanilla, and a hint of toast. Pair with seafood risotto, smoked salmon, clam chowder, or creamy pasta.
