This Chardonnay was barrel fermented and aged in new French oak for 7 months, with a pale gold colour and medium body. Classic aromas of vanilla and melon, with hints of caramel, popcorn kernels, and grassiness. On the palate you’ll find lemon, toast, and an interesting minerality. Spicy oak and gentle creaminess finish with tropical acidity. Our favourite pairings? Creamy pancetta carbonara, smoked salmon, or sourdough grilled cheese with sharp cheddar and caramelized onions. Serve slightly chilled.
