The intense notes of tropical fruit, wild forest berries, and tart cherries provide lingering acidity amongst the sweetness. The long yet gentle finish pairs perfectly with chocolate above all – try it with a raspberry-topped lava cake, or Belgian chocolate covered strawberries. Wonderful with fruit trifles, berries and cream, and cherry cheesecake.
