This Cabernet Franc Icewine was hand-harvested at -8C with a Brix of 35.6 and fermented to 175.7g/L residual sugar. The intense aroma of strawberry jam and cherry pie is a glimpse of the rich flavours to come. With dried cherry and a slight papaya on the palate, it makes for an elegant finish. Best enjoyed slowly sipped after a meal.
