Sugar: 4.7 g/L
Estate hand harvested, with primary fermentation in bins, then gently pressed into new and seasoned French oak barrels to age for 14 months. Softer tannins, with a rich purple hue and residual sugar at 4.7g/L. The bouquet leans into violets, raspberry, and tobacco. Classic notes of green pepper, tart cherries, and smokiness. While you may be tempted to pair with pizza or pasta, try this Cabernet Franc with crusted roasts, panko and Boursin stuffed mushrooms, or Greek gyro with tzatziki.
