This is our first Cabernet Franc aged entirely in American oak barrels for 12 months. Deep ruby colour and coarsely filtered to aid in aging, so some sediment may appear. Sweet yet smoky on the nose, with strawberries, cigar box, and leather. On the palate, you’ll find red pepper, cherry, and hints of vanilla. Dry and full bodied with a long finish, surrounded with elegant tannins. Pair this wine with blue cheeses, marbled steaks, or blackened ribs. Decant for best results.

Food Pairing: Pair it with hamburgers, steak or blue cheese. grilled sausage with onion, pasta with meat sauce. grilled strip loin, smoked ham hock, lentil soup. Try with blue cheese.
