Hand picked and hand sorted from reduced crop. Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks. Yellow straw colour. Minimal contact with skins causes this wine to have a very light colour, compared to its 2013 sister. Nose: honeysuckle, almond, and clove. Palate: light bodied wine with flavours of Meyer lemon, pears, and a hint of sweet spice. Food pairings: This is our favourite wine to have with fish, shellfish, or sushi dishes. Avoid sweet or fruity dishes with this wine – but it pairs well with most finger foods. Great for parties! Enjoy today, or age until 2022.
