A concentrated white made in the Appassimento method, drying 70% of the grapes. On the nose, it shows Swiss herbs, apple, and candied lemon zest. The palate is rich, off dry, with a balancing acidity and long finish. This heavy Gris would be great with white sausage, fish and cheddar.
